ABOUT CSI INTERNATIONAL

CSI International stands for Concepts, Sales & Incentives. Not to be confused with the popular TV series CSI Miami and CSI New York. Because there the 'C' stands for Crime, the 'S' for Scene and the 'I' for Investigation. Yet there is a similarity. We also go to the bone (*) to see how we can market your product and / or service.

 

CSI International is a creative think tank for companies and organizations in the field of relationship marketing and incentives. The input is 360 degrees, no limits thinking and we apply a 'black white & gold philosophy'. The black circle contains products / services that are marketed on the basis of price comparison. In our logo, the black circle is open and we cover the entire white field around it. (360 °). In this way we create a much larger and different dimension for your product / service. If we are on the same wavelength here, we will build a success story together. We ensure that the dots are on the 'i' and provide you with golden service. . We emphasize the sale of a product or service, but then within a specific environment.

TRAIN OF THOUGHT

We will market your product or service according to a specific line of thought: think global, act local and to realize the dream there is no money. In concrete terms, it means that you want to make a dream come true, but in practice you do not have the means to realize it. At that point you can do two things. You cannot do anything because there are no resources available and so end of story or you will think differently about how you can realize that dream. We will work with you to realize that dream by thinking out-of-the-box. This is visualized in our logo.

 

We assume that you are not selling a product or service today, but rather a concept. This concept should be both creative and commercial. Creative because you want to distinguish yourself from your competitors and commercially because you ultimately want to realize a sale of your product or service. Hence, the C and S in the logo merge with each other and are not separate. A good concept always sells because it responds to needs.

 

Once you sell a product or service, you have a customer. At that point it is important to keep this customer. But more importantly, look at how this customer can let you create more sales, both in a direct and an indirect way. Direct means that, in addition to product / service A, a customer will now also purchase product B. Indirect means: How do I turn my customer into an ambassador or ambassador of my product or service? Better known in practice as word of mouth. This is the dream of most companies, but we succeed in this through relationship marketing.
